My stay at the hotel was lovely. The room, though a bit outdated, was spacious and filled with natural light, offering a nice balcony as well. I even found a thoughtful birthday card waiting for me, which was a pleasant surprise. The service was top-notch, especially Xsenia, who went above and beyond to ensure I had a smooth experience, even arranging a taxi for me. The location, while convenient with transport links, was a bit noisy due to its proximity to the railway. The dining experience was decent, but nothing exceptional. Overall, a stay with its highs and lows, but definitely memorable.
